What is a Remote Executive Assistant?

A Remote Executive Assistant  is generally self-employed and provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely from a home office.Because Remote Executive Assistants are independent contractors rather than employees, clients are not responsible for any employee-related taxes, insurance or benefits, except in the context that those indirect expenses are included in the REA’s fees.

Why hire me?

I think, the question should be, why not? I provide excellent administrative services at a fraction of a cost. I do not charge extra for working during the holidays & I can work on both weekdays and weekends. I can also work on YOUR time and adjust my schedule depending on your needs without any extra costs. I offer convenience because you can be away from the office and you will be assured that everything is being taken care of.

What do I use for file sharing?

I have my own DropBox Account where I currently have 1 Terabyte of storage and I can allot a special folder just for you for file sharing. I can also share documents via Google Docs.

What are the terms of contract?

As soon as we agreed on the work schedule, the work hours, the scope of work and the hourly rate – I will send you a Contract-Terms of Agreement that we will both sign. If your company requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement, I am willing to sign the said document as soon as employment terms have been discussed and finalized.

What are my working hours?

I can work at any time zone that we have agreed upon. I do not follow a strict schedule and I do not have any problems working on weekends without any additional charges.

How can you pay me?

I charge at an hourly rate that we have agreed upon depending on the specific services that you would need. As my client, I believe that you should get your money’s worth and I follow the “no work – no pay” policy.  I prefer to be paid via Paypal or wire transfer. I prefer to be paid in a weekly basis and I issue my invoices together with my time sheet after 11PM every Sunday (EST). Payment is due upon the receipt of invoice.
